Once you've played farther in the Path of Fire expansion zones when you're level 80, you'll be able to unlock the other mounts there. Once you've unlocked the Skimmer, you'll be able to use your Luminous Ray skin with it. For every Mount you need to Do a quest. In every path of Fire map is a quest for a mount.
The springer mount can be found in the Desert Highlands area, which lies beyond the large canyon west of Auburn Hills. However, you won’t be able to jump over the canyon, and for that, you’ll need to obtain a raptor mount. That’s not that big of a problem, since you get one near the beginning of the game. Why release the highly requested underwater mount using the skimmer rather than including it in IBS or the upcoming EOD? Maybe there are no mounts in EOD and this is getting scratched off the wish list.
