I have a BMW E91 3 series 325i 2005 model. As per the first post in this thread my windscreen and headlight washers have just stopped working. when i pull the stick back, there is no noise from the pumps and the wipers dont move at all. basically nothing happens. My wipers work fine when using them normally, just not when i use the washers.

Most people first try to use the manual controls to move the window into one of the extreme positions (all the way up or down) then they hold the manual control for something like 30 seconds - it is supposed to re-establish the reference point for the window servo. Hi folks. Apparently my rear window defroster went to warmer weather, It decided to stop working the other day. I have checked the fuse under the hood and the one under the back seat, the big square one. they are there When I push the rear defrost button on the dash the light does come on the button, but no heat to the rear window.
I checked fuses 203 and 204. I believe 203 is the one for rear window defrost looking at the diagram. In any case both looked good to me. The rear window has been replaced once under warranty when one of the top "wires" was not heating. Change of the glass was quite many hours to do and the window was rather expensive if I had had to pay for
